At SoundSoch Foundation we strive to ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience for all our donors, participants, and users.
- Donations & Contributions
- General Donations: All donations made to SoundSoch Foundation are non-refundable once successfully processed.
- Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions: In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate transaction or incorrect payment amount, please notify us within 7 days. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full.
- Training Programs & Workshops
- Participant Cancellations: Requests for cancellation or fee refunds must be submitted in writing to hello@soundsochfoundation.org at least 7 business days prior to the start of the program.
- Event Cancellation by Organization: If a scheduled training program or workshop is cancelled or postponed by us, registered participants will be transfer to a future session.
- Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (via payment gateway / bank account) within 5–7 business days. - Contact Us
